The Sanctuary at Fredericksburg

The Sanctuary is a peaceful boutique Ranch on 100 acres close to Main Street yet far enough away to get away from the noise and lights. Rent for large gatherings, group events, weddings and more.



Guest House 1: queen bedroom en-suite & bathroom (see floor plan)

Vineyard House 2: king bedroom en-suite & queen bdrm-2.5 bathrooms

Longhorn House 3: 2 king bdrms & bathroom (see floor plan)

Ranch House 4: 1 king bdrms & 3 queen bdrms -2 bathrooms

Farm House 5: 1 king bedroom en-suite, 4 king bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room with two twins over fulls, 2 Queen sofa beds. (See floor plan)

We have 10 Longhorns, 17 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, and 1 Farm cat for petting. We also have a golf cart for rent to ride around the 100 acres and neighborhood to really get a feel of country living. We have propane grills, fire pits with wood, a Solo Stove fire pit and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats.
