The Sanctuary at Fredericksburg

The Sanctuary is a peaceful boutique Ranch on 100 acres close to Main Street yet far enough away to get away from the noise and lights. Rent for large gatherings, group events, weddings and more.

Farm House 5: 1 king bedroom en-suite, 4 king bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room with two twins over fulls, 2 Queen sofa beds.

We have 12 Longhorns, 22 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, and 1 Farm cat for petting. We also have a golf cart for rent to ride around the 100 acres and neighborhood to really get a feel of country living. We have propane grills, fire pits with wood, a Solo Stove fire pit and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats.

Our wedding pricing is structured as a nightly stay + event fee + any applicable additional guest fees.

Recommended Wedding Weekend Itinerary
• Thursday (4:00 PM): Check-in
• Friday: Set-up & rehearsal
• Saturday: Wedding ceremony & reception
• Sunday: Relax and enjoy time together as newlyweds with family and friends
• Monday (10:00 AM): Check-out

Nightly Minimum Stay

We typically require a 3-night minimum stay. However, we’re happy to offer flexibility based on how close your wedding date is:
• 2 months out: 2-night minimum
• 1 month or less: 1-night minimum

Event Fee (Based on Guest Count) includes 6 foot round white folding tables, white, table clothes, white folding chairs, white aisle runner, 15’x15’ dance floor + installation (Dance floor rental is $900+ locally), bridal party table, 4 extra 6 foot rectangular tables, and arch decor
• Under 30 guests: $1100
• 31–60 guests: $1400
• 61–90 guests: $1700
• 91–120 guests: $2000
• 121–150 guests: $2300
• 151+ guests: $2600

Additional Guest Fee
• The first 34 overnight guests are included in the nightly rate shown.
• After 34 guests, the fee is $20 per person, per day.
• There is no maximum guest count.
• The Sanctuary can comfortably sleep 40+ guests.
• We have parking available for approximately 200 vehicles.
