Apartment with 50 m2, 1 bedroom, with Barbecue in the Balcony, Sink Marble, Front and VISTA DO MAR, located in Praia Grande.

For your safety, screen protection on all windows and balcony, recently placed.

We have beach chairs and umbrella.

Decorated, accommodation for 6 people, new building, with 2 lifts, concierge and security circuit, 1 covered parking space (three decks). Entry for sunbathers with shower. Access to the playground for children up to five years.

Apt Fully furnished.

Gourmet Balcony, Barbecue with Ocean view and marble sink to facilitate your barbecue. All with protection screen, for your peace of mind.

Living room with comfortable new sofa, 32 inch TV, DVD, movies, drawings, books, curtain cuts light, chairs, dresser and shelves.

With box double bed, spring mattress with pillow top. 1 Single bed with auxiliary bed. Plus a single D33 density mattress. (All mattresses are new). Wardrobe, with hangers and hangers and body mirror.

American kitchen, equipped with new stove, new frost free refrigerator, new microwave, glasses, dishes, cutlery, containers, thermos, strainer, various forms of aluminum, household utensils, pots, folding table, water filter etc.

Laundry with tank, washing machine and clothesline.

The pool can not be used !!!

It is worth checking, just bring bedding, table and bath and enjoy a relaxing sea and leisure view.

No pets of any size or breed are allowed.

Péssima portaria

O proprietário do imóvel foi prestativo e educado. Porém, infelizmente, fomos muito mal atendidos pela portaria do prédio que nos deixou esperando ,por cerca de 20 minutos, debaixo de chuva com a seguinte frase "vou conferir com o gerente a liberação de vocês" (se havia uma autorização feita pelo proprietário, o mínimo era nos deixar aguardando em algum lugar coberto dentro do prédio). Posteriormente, houve alguns problemas de comunicação, pois foi fornecida apenas uma cópia das chaves do apartamento (não poderíamos sair do prédio separados PORQUE O PORTEIRO COM TODA GROSSERIA POSSÍVEL FALOU QUE NÃO ABRE A PORTA, um tanto quanto irônico). No mais, no momento de entregar as chaves, o "gerente" falou pelo rádio que não desceria para recebe-las (uma pessoa grossa e despreparada em todos os momentos que tentamos comunicação), deixou isso por conta de um porteiro sem experiência alguma que não entregou nenhuma declaração de entrega e não conferiu o que estava recebendo, o que nos trouxe problemas posteriores.

Maravilhoso... Nunca vi um apto assim, tudo Novo e Limpo

Conforme anúncio do site, o apto e o prédio são novos, bem localizados, realmente de frente para praia, só atravessar a rua. Os colchões são novos, sem nenhuma mancha. Realmente o imóvel foi mobiliado recentemente. O proprietário foi atencioso do começo ao fim. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Grata.
