If you're lucky you may even be able to take in a local play, JDIFF film festival or Dubuquefest!

This property features a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a separate door to the side deck...perfect for an evening glass of wine or cocktail.

Beautiful, historic townhouse conveniently located in downtown Dubuque. Walkable to so much - coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars, market, Bee Branch trail, Fourth St. elevator, the library, etc. We walked everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated (look great) and the beauty of the original millwork, marble fireplaces, doors, staircase, tall ceilings, spacious rooms, etc are amazing. I also enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning and a cocktail on the dec in the afternoon. A few occasions of loud voices on Main Street but nothing that was disruptive. The beds are doubles, not queens, but that worked fine for us. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
