Guests will be given bracelets at front lobby and have access to amenities. Just walk right from your room onto the fine white sand and crystal blue water. Relax in style on the beach, under a private palapa and bed or pull up a lounge chair in your large private pool right on the property. You have your choice of where to swim and lounge. Towels are provided. Private Restaurant on property and Bar with room service so you never have to leave the property. No car is necessary because everything is within walking distance but if desired rental cars can be rented at reasonable prices

Great Christmas getaway

We stayed over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The resort location was ideal and within walking distance to many restaurants. The beach was clean (very little seaweed) and the private loungers and palapas were fantastic. The only problem with the condo is there were no blinds so both the bedroom and living room got very bright in the morning. We would stay at the Stanza Mare again if we return to Punta Cana.

Seaweed

Seaweed on the beach and in the water so bad we couldn’t get in the water. Hotels/resorts along this beach should get it cleaned up. It smelled so bad, no one was even sitting on the beach. Water was brown. Condo was nice and manager/host was the best.

Great location great condo community

Good size unit Everything you need in the kitchen to cook festive meals . Lots of floaties available . Plenty of linens available as well. The unit needs a face lift and attention to aesthetically finishing touches .

The one downfall was the beach! No access due to mounting of seaweed that has never once been cleane

The neighbor was rude and insulting.. I had to report her

If you normally go to All inclusive resorts than this property will meet your expectations. It is ideally situated right on the beech and provides all of the modern amenities in a beautiful surrounding.
My condo will have same comfort or even better than home. It comes fully equipped with all the important conveniences of home. You need to simply purchase your groceries and beverages which are in nearby markets at competitive prices. Restaurants are inexpensive in this area as well so you can save a ton of money over a resort.
Stanza Mare is a short walk to restaurants, stores, markets, Clubs ,bars, gyms, and beaches,
The condo has a nice balcony with a lovely table for 6 and a barbecue and has a fantastic view.
The complex is very secure and safe, we do an excellent job of keeping the ground emasculate and the entire work force is very friendly.
