This house was great for our college golf team and families. Check-in and communication was great. We had a water issue one morning that was fixed immediately. The screened-in porch was great for sitting together and hanging out.

Could not be better! This house easily accommodated 4 generations with 2 private bedrooms on the main floor for the older folks and plenty of room upstairs for our kids and grandkids. A big bonus was the comfy screened-in porch with ample seating that overlooks the huge back yard - great for frisbee matches.This house is in a completely private setting but is convenient to a main road, which was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and very thoughtful. This house and our lovely host made our week-long visit to Richmond Hill wonderful and carefree.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The experience was flawless with nothing but positive comments from the entire party. We were impressed with all the amenities that the house had to offer. Home is beautiful inside and out. We celebrated my husband's 65 birthday. With family, we had 18 guest staying in the house. Rooms very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms had item's we had forgotten at home. Kitchen was well supplied with different items and lots and lots of coffee and water. Big gas grill with a full tank of gas. Outside of the property was spacious in beautiful lots of parking. There is nothing negative I can say about this property. Everything was above and beyond. The host was very easy to contact and responded to any concerns we had. If I could give this Property a 10 an above I surely would. Our next vacation in Savannah this property will be our first choice. I can't forget the host left a beautiful welcome basket which was unexpected, it was a very happy surprise.

We were a group visiting for a family members wedding and cannot say enough about our experience. Communication was excellent, everything we could possibly need for our 5 night stay was provided and the bonus was making s’mores on the patio with the awesome fireplace. That patio was my favorite place for my morning coffee and quiet time. Definitely recommend and we are all talking about planning another visit. The location is perfect for us as family is only 5 minutes away and shopping only a short distance as well. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience for us!!
