We came to Everett to visit with family and wanted a place close to them. Brittany’s place was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Parking was easy off the street and the neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking. We enjoyed the games and puzzles. We recommend this property.

Beautifully updated home with a dream of a kitchen! Very comfortable beds/bedding. There was so much potential for that space but we only stayed for a place to sleep. Super easy check-in and out, too! Friendly host with great communication. Greatly recommend!

We had such an amazing time here. Brittney was so helpful and resonded so quickly to our questions. She had excellent recommendations for places to eat. The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this area and love watching it continue to evolve- especially the waterfront development and old home renovations. The location is ideal for getting around: easy access to public transportation makes it simple to avoid Seattle traffic, while the Cascades are just a short drive away. You're perfectly situated between city and nature- about 20 min south to downtown Seattle and 20 min north towards the mountains- and centrally located for longer trips, with Canada to the north and Portland to the south.

What makes this property unique

This is one-of-a-kind stay in a 125 yr old home built in 1901, full of character, history, and thoughtful details you wont find in a typical rental. The furniture and decor were intentionally sourced just for this home, with a strong NW influence and a curated mix of antiques that honors the house's original charm.
We're a clean, natural-based home and use non-toxic cleaning products throughout. The space is ideal for gathering and hosting, with a large deck, fire pit, and spacious yard- perfect for relaxing evenings or time spent outdoors. It's truly unique experience that blends historic charm, comfort, and a connection to the NW.
