It took us 3 years to find a property with this much land, which is mostly wooded. We love the outdoors but wanted to stay close to town. You'll be 4 mins from major hospitals, I-65 (SR 26 Exit), Meijer grocery, Starbucks, fast casual restaurants, and other outdoor adventures such as canoeing, fishing, and swimming in the Wildcat Creek.
Why they chose this property
Our home is located in the country surrounded by corn fields, woods, and two high-end neighborhoods. Our neighbors all have 2 acre lots, so you won't see anyone unless you want to take a stroll along the private driveway in front of the house.
What makes this property unique
If you value your privacy, want to enjoy a cabin in the woods, but desire to be close to Purdue University, downtown farmers markets, and experience the best of country living, then this a place for you, your family, and friends. Besides 10 acres of trails and endless camping spots, enjoy nearby fishing at Wildcat Creek Mis-So-Lah Public Access Point, or maybe rent a canoe from Wildcat Canoe and Kayak Too only 4 mins away!
