Enjoy breathtaking views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy fireplace. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with skiing, hiking, and Lake Tahoe just minutes away.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

***HOA rules that I must abide by and enforce lest we are fined or lose the ability to host:
1) Maximum occupancy of four guests
2) While we do love them, we are not able to accommodate pets
3) 1 dedicated parking space, no other off-street parking within the community

-55" Smart TV in living room with Roku access to all popular streaming services through guest accounts
-TVs with Roku in two of the bedrooms

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- No need to strip bedding or take out non-smelly trash
- Loading and starting the dishwasher would be appreciated given running time
- Leave trash unless it fills during the stay or is smelly. Otherwise, please take it to the dumpster
- Check for personal items (closets, drawers, laundry, refrigerator, plugged into outlets)
- Place ashes from fireplace in ash bin (near the grill)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
