Plaza Villas is a beautiful gated condominium complex with perfectly maintained landscaping, two pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a tennis court.
Plaza Villas is a quiet, gated community and we ask you to respect the other guests and residents. Please, please, no more than 4 people (including children) can stay at the condo.
Our Plaza Villa condo is kept in perfect condition with a master bed and bath, guest room with one full bed and one single bed, a guest bathroom, large flat screen TV, and many other amenities. The condo is fully stocked with dishes, linens, laundry facilities, and much more to make your stay comfortable and fun!
Walk a few blocks to Palm Canyon Drive and enjoy world class dining, night clubs, live theater, museums, art galleries, cinema, and much more. The best part is after enjoying an evening out, just walk home to your luxurious condo!

Lew and Brenda are great landlords! I rent there every year.

Lew and Brenda couldn't be friendlier and the Plaza Villas complex is exceptional. I go back every year. Make sure you go to the first Friday of every month pool party. It is opened to both renters and owners. You can meet everybody who's going to be there for the month. It's a very social group. I think the H O A emphasizes longer term rentals. I like to get to know people from year to year. I ride my bike everywhere from that location - very central.

Great property in Palm Springs

My family (2 adults / 2 adult children) stayed at this property over thanksgiving weekend. It was clean spacious and centrally located. Could walk downtown close to hiking trails great restaurants - and even played tennis w rackets and balls left by owner and lounged in hot tub! Highly recommend and would stay here again without hesitation. Owner was accessible attentive and responsive and pleasure to deal with. 5 star experience.

LOVE ... Had a Wonderful Time!

Palm Springs is absolutely my favorite place to vacation ... This condo is "perfect"! Fun, cute and nice. Great for a couple days, or even longer. Like that it has a washer/dryer so you don't have to pack a lot of wardrobe. Nice and safe "gated" with plenty of parking right in front. I love to visit the casino, which is ... just across the street! It is also walking distance from DownTown with many good restaurants to explore. Thursday nights usually has a "large" farmers market with good eats and music. Love driving around this area just to look at the beautiful desert landscaping. This condo is close to everything. Always feel right at home, everytime I stay. Can't wait to come back!

Great Landlords and great location!

I loved this condo. Lewis and Brenda were great! The complex is perfectly situated near downtown Palm Springs. I didn't need to rent a car. I was able to get to everything on foot or on my bicycle. The restaurants and bars are just a few blocks away and the health club and grocery store were a short bike ride. The complex is very well maintained with two pools, a hot tub and a tennis court. The people in the complex are very friendly. This unit is at the edge of the complex so it is very private. Great place!

Great place for a small group!

This condo was great a great location for my group of friends who decided to stay for the weekend. Everything was very local. The condo was great with a fully stocked kitchen and appliances (and KitchenAid!). It was great to have a washer and dryer. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were just what we needed! Communicating with the owner was easy and he was very kind and informative. We greatly enjoyed the place!
