From the big lounge and 6 metre integral kitchen you walk onto to the pool terrace and 9m x 4m pool.
The villa is situated in a mainly expat area of senggigi called green valley and is an easy 4 minute walk to the beach or 10 minute to the centre of senggigi. The property has a perimeter wall surround and includes parking space for car and motorbikes.

My wife and I live between Lombok and Thailand so we have just started to offer the villa as we are away for several months at a time. July is the first month and having been nearly full the whole time I can say that guests are mostly families and have all been very happy they chose the villa. I have a manager and cleanening staff as well as a pool man to make sure all is in good order.
