About this property

Welcome to the newly renovated condo at Heron Walk centrally located in the Sandestin Resort. Once you walk through the front door, you will find yourself immersed in the breathtaking views of the Choctawatchee Bay. Relax on the patio with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with an evening cocktail.

The condo has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, plank tile flooring, paint, new appliances and brand new furniture.

The pristine white sand beaches on the Emerald Coast are a couple minute golf cart ride away. You will not be disappointed!

A 6 passenger 2020 Aetric golf cart is available for your use. A golf cart agreement must be confirmed upon booking.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a 3 minute golf cart ride away. There you will find activities for all ages. Dining, shopping, bars, arcade, zip lines, rope courses, trampolines and a playground. Check out their website to find special festivities going on throughout the year!

Grand Boulevard is adjacent to Sandestin Resort. There you will find Publix grocery store, plenty of dining options, a movie theater, and exclusive boutiques for a little retail therapy!

King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size memory foam sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen has all of your necessities including Keurig coffee machine, griddle, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, blender, toaster, pots, pans, mixer, measuring cups, baking sheets etc...

Perfect getaway

Perfect space for my family of 5. House had everything that we needed. Family loved the golf cart and the ability to explore the grounds.

Our stay was amazing. We had everything we needed at the condo pots, pans, utensils etc. Having the golf cart was great going all over the property. It was enough room for myself, husband and 2 kids (6 and 4 years old). The owners were great and answered questions when we had a question.

GREAT condo and GREAT location

We absolutely love staying in Sandestin and love all of its amenities. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very nice and clean. Golf cart is a must and this one has a great one! We would definitely stay here again.

SPRING BREAK STAY

We loved the place and the owner got right back to us whenever we had any questions! We will plan to possible stay again hopefully it will be a little warmer when we come back!

We have been vacationing in the Sandestin Resort area for the past 3 years and finally this year we decided to purchase a condo to give ourselves an opportunity to spend more time here.
