About this property

“Work in Progress, Full of Charm – The Salty Mermaid, Englewood FL”

Welcome to The Salty Mermaid!
(This is a work in progress after back2back hurricanes in 2024. House is fully functional just working on cosmetic repair.)

We’re so happy to share our beloved coastal retreat with you. This special home has been in our family for over 20 years, and we’re honored to continue our Nanny’s legacy by opening her little piece of heaven for others to enjoy.


Over the years, The Salty Mermaid has weathered many storms—literally. After surviving the devastation of the last two hurricanes, we’ve been working hard to restore and rebuild, little by little. She’s still a work in progress, but her heart and soul remain as vibrant as ever.


I personally stay here a little over six months out of the year, so depending on the timing, I may be on-site during your visit. Very Flexible.
