I was a bit disappointed with this place. When I first booked this VRBO, I didn't receive check-in information. This was a concern, as I was coming from Illinois to Atlanta and was the first person to stay at this booking. It just seemed a bit questionable. I did, however, get in contact with the property manager and she said she would send me the information. I waited a few hours and still didn't receive it, so I had to work with VRBO to get the information. The information that I received was not accurate to when we arrived. The parking pass was not located in the lockbox (as instructed), the lockbox number was C not B, and the key fob did not open the parking garage. Upon entry, we found the trim hanging down in one of the bedrooms, the remote was missing its back, and the curtain holder fell off in the other room because it was barely nailed into the wall. When we got settled, we put on our swimsuits and headed to the pool to find out it was locked. We figured it was just closed for that day, but come to find out it was closed for the week for chemical issues. We never got to utilize the pool (a big part of why we booked). The apartment was clean and just like the pictures, but there were no pots and pans, not a sponge for the dishes, and no check out instructions. I messaged the property once we left to tell them that we stripped the beds and put the dishes through the dishwasher (no soap)but didn't receive a response. I'm hoping we did what we needed to do at checkout.
