Newly renovated luxury home with 2 king sized en suites and heated pool & hot tub is centrally located! 1.5 miles to downtown Oak Bluffs and less than 2 miles to downtown Vineyard Haven.

This private community offers tennis & pickle ball courts, walk paths, biking paths and more! It's only 5 minutes drive to Farm Neck Golf Club as well as dining and shopping. Conveniently located!

The new heated pool, spa and extended patio awaits you and your loved ones!
The fully air-conditioned 5 BEDROOMS 3.5 BATHS home is in an established & desirable community with association tennis & pickle ball courts and easy walk to water. There is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out with both a more formal sitting room for reading and conversation and family room with fireplace just off the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard! (Pool available Memorial Day through Sept 30)

Start your mornings out with coffee on the cozy covered porch. Lay in the hammock and read a book. Enjoy the lovely patio for grilling and dining al fresco!
Just off the patio is a conveniently located outdoor shower for use when you and your loved ones use the pool or return from a fulfilled day at the beach.

There is an en suite king sized bedroom with full bathroom on the first floor.
On the second floor; the primary bedroom with en suite bath allows for privacy and three more spacious bedrooms share a bathroom. The desk alcove allows you space to take those important conference calls.

There is a variety of activities for everyone:
Tennis, pickle ball, biking, corn hole game, a variety of board games or just simply relax in the hammock.

Fantastic vacation house

We had a delightful time staying at this charming property. From young kids to grandparents everyone enjoyed the pool, the location, the easy access to beaches and fantastic patio set up. The hosts are incredibly gracious and thoughtful, making for an incredibly enjoyable experience. We would be delighted to return again, something we have not said about many properties in the past.

Oaks Bluff Stay

This property is great for families, we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was extremely responsive to questions. Location is a 7-10 minutes drive to all attractions in Oak Bluffs. The house is well equipped with many amenities not included on the listing. Only thing that could have made it better is a fire pit on the patio to enjoy the outdoors more on chilly nights.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

This house is tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of privacy in the back yard. A fire pit out back would have made evenings even nicer. The location is good; it's near walking paths and within a few minutes driving distance to Oak Bluffs. The kitchen was filled with any amenity you could need and the master bedroom was gorgeous. The other bedrooms, while nice, need to have dressers or more storage space for clothing especially if you are sharing a room. The owner was very responsive with helpful information.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. From start to finish, Villa Rose was one of my favorite properties I have ever been in on Martha's Vineyard.
