- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- On-site parking is available for $69 per night, per spot. Multiple spots can be reserved based on availability. Spots are limited and fill up fast - we recommend securing yours as early as possible. Please message us with your dates to reserve.

Property as described. Very clean and conveniently located. Anthony maintained excellent communication and responded quickly to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.
Location was great, 2 blocks fron the North/Clyborn red line station. Grocery stores 2-3 blocks away in either direction. We loved Sullys Tavern. Wait staff was wonderful.The apartment was well equiped and very clean. It would.have been nice to have a small dresser in the bedrooms but not possible with king size beds.
