Perfectly positioned across the street from the iconic Sunset Beach, this 1 bedroom condo is a blend of modern upgrades, designer touches and coastal charm. The King bedroom offers additional sleeping within two recessed bunk beds in shiplap walls. Full bath with tiled tub and shower. Property has a park-like feel with a dock overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, seating & outdoor grills. On site laundry & parking for 1 vehicle.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests' happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
With a 30 day stay this is the perfect place for remote workers, contract nurses and professionals with everything you need for your home away from home.
Please note the condo is located on the second floor - no elevator - stair access only so you must be able to climb stairs.
This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. The condo is not intended to be used as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.
