'Beachside Hideout' Recently Updated Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo with Ocean View.

This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit invites you to enjoy the warm salty air as you listen the waves crash on the water.

The balcony overlooks the Heated pool and has a panoramic view of Indian Rocks Beach. This is a wonderful place to spend your vacation.

This unit has been updated with fresh paint, beautiful new tile floor through out, kitchen back-splash, new furniture, including a sofa sleeper and wall mounted flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. Master bedroom has attached bathroom with shower. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combination. In unit washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Meander through the dunes to the beach for a morning walk or a front row seat for the colorful sunset.

There is an elevator on the balcony and assigned parking space too.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets.
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 10am

Beautiful view and great condo

Just one set of steps away from the beach and pool. Large condo with plenty of space. Fully equipped with every thing we needed. The only thing I would rate less than good was water pressure in showers.

I would avoid this one.

Upon arrival, the door code didn't work, the internet was down and a car was parked in the "assigned" parking space mentioned in the listing. Mgmt took care of the door code right away. They sent Spectrum, who was at the property from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday, which required us to be there to watch them. Management simply ignored our multiple complaints about the assigned parking spot despite this being highlighted in the listing - The car remained parked there the whole week. While there are several guest spots, due to a wedding party, on a few days there were no open spots so we decided not to drive anywhere. Tiny balcony sits right next to neighbors, so there's little privacy. Water pressure was terrible for showers. Otherwise, the place itself was clean and location was great, as expected. We've been coming to this area for many years and this is the only time we've been treated poorly. It's hard to get all the details squeezed into a tiny review.

Horrible check in and check out process

We loved the unit and had a great time. The check in and check out process is horrible. We have stayed at IRB 9 years and have never had to drive to Clearwater to check in and check out. We have always used the key pad with a code and gotten the keys from the locked box. This would be the only things that would keep us from renting the unit again.

Great property yet had its issues

The property was great however I did have a few issues. Upon arrive the ac didn't work. The place I had to pick up the key from stated it was a fast fix. They were in the condo until 8:30pm fixing it. It didn’t cool for several hours after. I got stuck in the elevator for 30min and had to call the fire department. Luckily the adjoining condo was rented and they used the elevator so I was able to escape through their unit. The emergency call button didn’t work and the certification had expired approximately 7 weeks before we arrived. These issues were bad however the owner did give us a night free and everything else was nice. I’d say these were not normal rental interruptions.

I really wanted to give a 5 star rating but a few things that weren't responded to properly prevented me from doing so. I agree with another reviewer about lack of wash clothes. I requested more on 2 occasions but never received them. Also, please be aware that the second bedroom does not have a television. Not a make/break to most, but not clearly stated in the description and we missed it. Had one day without power (no communication from management office) that resulted in loss of wifi/cable. Maintenance picked up cable box with promise to return the next day and never did for the remainder of our stay, so only had 1 working tv for half of our stay. Just little things that became an annoyance and made us feel that we weren't valued as renters. Outside of that, the condo is beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect location. The stairs leading down from the balcony was a huge plus for us. We would rent again with hopes that reviewer comments be taken in account and addressed.

Beautifully decorated condo directly over pool and steps to the beach!

There were a few issues with cleaning. The spare bathrom tub was pretty dirty; the garbage can was pretty bad; there was a bunch of different toys and some beach equipment along with two pairs of someone's shoes on the deck piled up. The booking staff was very sweet when called with a problem and was quick to answer. The beach is beautiful. There was a lot of noise from upstairs with them walking and talking and the waters sounds when they flushed their toil toilets sort of scared you at times. There were plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils along with dishwasher and washer and dryer. Any problems were worth it for the location and decor.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We could have used more washcloths in the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. There was no ramp to the elevator, which was a problem. Within a week it was fixed. We all thought the pool was dirty most of the time. With some new equipment to clean the pool, that would remedy the problem. It is our Last night after a glorious week here. We have to been to IRB a number of time before and come closer to moving here everytime!! Great Unit, Bad Timing

This was a great unit, great location, easy beach access. However, our timing just wasn't good. We arrived, looked out our balcony and saw nothing but construction vehicles and workers in both directions. A large beach expansion project was going on and our beach views and oceanfront beach access were no longer an option. We contacted the seller who was gracious enough to work with us, but were disappointed that we were not made aware of the situation. Had we known, we would have definitely picked another week to visit. We love Indian Rocks Beach and will always come back! This unit had everything we wanted and we would rent again, the only other issue was thin ceilings. We heard EVERYTHING the neighbors were doing upstairs.
