Beautiful property—clean, cozy, and welcoming. The backyard was lovely, and the location very convenient. We even had deer and rabbits visit us.

Perfect family spot

Clean and well cared for property that had everything we needed. Updated kitchen appliances and bathroom features with all the home amenities. Backyard with all day shade was a favorite with the kiddos. We spent the morning watching wildlife from the patio and spent the afternoons in Sequoia. We will certainly be back!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend, 2025. It was amazing! The house and amenities matched the descriptions and photos exactly. Everything seemed to be relatively new and was in great condition. Terah was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any question I had. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with tools and appliances. The back yard was like a Disney movie - every time we looked out the window we saw animals. One evening the deer (mom and two babies) hung out for almost two hours. At any given time we would, at minimum, see bunnies hopping around, squirrels and tons of quail. It was serene and breathtaking. A few miles down the road in town are many local businesses. The mango IPA at the brewery was amazing and the kids raved about the ice cream shop. One evening, the boys went down to the river and had a blast rock jumping with the locals.Getting into Sequoia was no problem although I may not recommend going on this weekend, as it was the third busiest day of the year. Cannot recommend this property and host enough!!!!

Lovely! This property is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever had. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are spacious. We stayed two nights and it was nice to come back at the end of a long hot day to AC! We especially enjoyed seeing the wild turkeys in the backyard and the horse down the street. This place is very comfortable and quiet.

Terah’s place at Three Rivers was wonderful. She had everything you would need to and more. The kitchen was stocked with a great variety of spices and condiments to make it easy to prepare a meal and the furniture was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were all great also. The real hit with our grandchildren was the sunroom and the backyard. They had so much fun at the house that they were asking to leave the parks to go home before we got to see everything. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. Debbie Bishop

Host was great and house was very clean and welcoming!! The no cell service means you need to know where you are going before you lose service if you have Verizon. If you are coming from Sequoia National Park like we did you need to set your gps before you start heading down because once we lost service we did not get it back till we got to Three Rivers which does put you about 10 minutes past the house. But the cell service was our only drop back and mostly because we stopped on the way down and lost GPS.

A beautiful and convenient property for Sequoia National Park. The landscaping invited wildlife for observation. The modern furniture and appliances were fantastic . We would highly recommend!
