The Space:
This gorgeous estate located in the newest community of Twin Eagles, which is very private and quiet being located in the back of the community. There is a 2 car garage with the home and it has a very open floor plan. The kitchen is the center of the living space of the home with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom
suite has wonderful furnishings as well as private access to the pavered pool deck. There are three additional bedrooms for your overnight guests and family. We hope you fall in love with this home so much that you will want to continue to rent this home next year!

This home comes with an optional transferable golf membership which allows you full use of the clubhouse and the two 18 hole golf courses. The Talon Course, which is designed by Jack Nicklaus and son is known for it's length, tricky approaches and undulating greens with bunkering and mounding. The Eagle Course designed by Steve Smyers and Patrick Andrews and has thought provoking playing angles, optical challenges and a gorgeous setting.

Twin Eagles consists of 1115 acres and has numerous walking paths and nature preserves. The 47,000 square foot Clubhouse has locker rooms with steam saunas, billiards and card tables. You can enjoy formal, casual and veranda style dining. The clubhouse includes a Pro Shop, a Yoga and Aerobic Room, and a zero Entry Community pool with a sun deck overlooking a large lake. There is also a Chickee Bar and Grille, two community parks and light Har-tru Tennis courts.

The Small Print:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

There is an additional $100 HOA lease application fee paid separate then this reservation. To transfer golf there is an additional $1070 fee, not included in this booking and paid separately.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
