Major disappointment

Upon arrival we discovered that the home had not been properly cleaned and was quite dirty, shower was disgusting, coffee grounds still in coffee maker, dust bunnies and for the kicker the pool was green. We didn't take a vacation to clean someone else's home. The lock on the back patio door was broken and i had to find a wooden pole to secure it. The owner was contacted and informed of the situation. A pool guy showed up to get the filter system running but never cleaned the pool and no one ever came back to clean it. The owner always responded to my emails but nothing got done. A request for partial compensation was made twice and totally ignored. We feel ripped off, The stay was a major disappointment after waiting 2 years for a vacation.

House rate

The house is very nice for a big family party weekend. But... The pool water heater is not working, the internet network was not working properly and nobody was able to have internet connection. Internet was terrible at the location! Heads up parties has to keep them almost quiet. Neighbors don’t like music at all! Other than that the house was good and appropriate for what we wanted it to. Thank you

Everything was amazing

It was a well appreciated getaway the only issue I had was the WiFi for some reason would not let us connect to any of our devices nor where we able to connect to tv
