Not exactly a beach house

Excellent accommodations,. Farthest point on island. Concierge was Ok. Told us if we attended tour we'd get 30% off on all activities. This wasn't true at all. Most were 20% off. No Concierge on Friday, sent us to another hotels Concierge and they called us back a day later. No help. Tiki hut was a joke, I guess independent and you couldn't charge to your room, didn't open until 11, so no kayaks in the morning, crazy system. Overall enjoyable, but didn't meet expectations.

The Hyatt Beach House location that Guest requested was not available. In order to provide accommodations, offered Guest a sister Hyatt property, which is very nice as well. It appears this Guest did not agree.
