Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, a beautiful family home that was renovated to a high standard in 2025 with great attention to detail, tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Located in desirable Northwest Bradenton, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this over 2,700 SF home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for all. It won't be difficult or take long for you to fall in love with your vacation home.

Wood floors, lots of natural light entering through the many glass sliding doors, a very large and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, double ovens, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an adjoining dining room with ample seating for everyone, a pool table, a Florida room, lots of beach equipment and numerous other details make this home unique.

The large, open and very cozy living room area with large smart TV offers plenty of space for the family.

Everything has been thought of when equipping the kitchen, so you can easily conjure up a large American breakfast, sandwiches for the beach, a frozen cocktail or a multi-course meal for your loved ones.

Directly behind the kitchen is an air-conditioned Florida room with a small dining area and a fantastic view of the lake in front - ideal for a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

You might even spot a few turtles, which can often be observed from here. You also have direct access to the pool area from the Florida Room.

Another separate room in the living area also opens onto the pool and the lake with a huge sliding glass door. Here you can play a game of billiards or devote yourself to your vacation book in the comfortable reading chair.

Seaside Sanctuary can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. Enter the master bedroom through a double wide door and feel right at home on a king-size bed. Unpack your clothing in a walk-in closet and setup your favorite book in the cozy reading corner for later. A large sliding glass door gives you direct access to the terrace and pool. The en-suite bathroom awaits you with a spacious walk-in shower and two sinks.

The bedroom next door is furnished with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, ideal in location within the home to keep an eye on little kids at night. If you do need to get some work done while on vacation, with a desk is ideal for an office as well.

The third and fourth bedrooms offer a king-size and queen-size bed and share a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower.

Of course, all bed linen as well as bath and beach towels are made available during your stay.

The oversized, deep saltwater pool with a pebble-tech finish is surrounded by travertine tiles and a wooden deck. From here you will have a breathtaking view of the lake and its wildlife.

If sunbathing appeals to you more than splashing around in the pool, you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers provided. Cool off after a long day under the large tiki hat (fans under the roof and illuminated), relax in the hammock or use the gas barbecue for your own personal barbecue.

Just a few minutes from your vacation home, you will find numerous shopping opportunities, excellent restaurants and typical American nightlife in the center of Bradenton, which is known for its thriving art and culture scene.
