With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms guests can unwind and recharge during their stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Excellent freeway access and close to Mesa Gateway Airport and Sky Harbor Airports.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels in the washer. Turn the air to 80. Please put parking passes, pool keys and garage door opener in the white basket. Load and run the dishwasher
All trash should be removed and placed in one of the dumpsters. Text Debbie if your departure time is before 11:00. 480-209-9655. Indicate Unit 124
Make sure the safety bars are placed inside the sliding glass doors so they are secure. If you have used the four folding chairs please return to the garage. Turn air to 80 on thermostat

Condo was just as pictured/described. It was a comfortable home base for two adults- we were there for a soccer tournament and it was convenient to Arizona Athletic Grounds. Loved the patio view of the golf course and the heated, quiet pool area. Lots of amenities in the area. We'd stay again for sure!

We are from the Quad Cities, Iowa. We have enjoyed our time in Arizona and look forward to eventually spending more time in Arizona. We enjoy golf, hiking and the warm weather of Arizona.

Why they chose this property

We chose Mesa because of the location to so many things we enjoy doing. We purchased this condo and enjoyed updating it so we can share it with others when we are not able to travel. This area has an activity for everybody. Close to hiking, golf, Cactus Yards, Sloan Field, San Tan and the freeway access is great! Both airports are convenient as well.

What makes this property unique

We updated this condo in order to have a fresh, relaxing, clean place for us and others to enjoy. We put a lot of thought and care into the updates that we completed. The gated community allows for a safe and friendly environment. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are just steps away. We do not have any reviews to date, because we are new to VRBO. We look forward to lots of reviews soon!
