The bathrooms feature both a bathtub and shower for ultimate relaxation. Kickback, relax, enjoy some of the best sunrises and sunsets in the area! Grab your fishing pole and fish right off the dock!

Hi! I'm Lynnette, a lifetime resident of the area who always dreamed of living on the beach! This home was the building of that dream!
Why they chose this property
We decided to build our home here in this neighborhood because of it's close proximity to so many water options, and THE VIEWS! Being able to see the beach every morning and be right on the bay was a win-win for us.
What makes this property unique
Our home was custom built to be our forever home, and we still love it! It has so much outside space that taking in nature is an option every direction you turn. We are right on the canal directly out to Christmas Bay. Fishing right from the dock and watching the sun rise and set are our favorite activities; you will enjoy them too!
