Host was very helpful, I had to change my booking dates almost last minute and she was very accommodating. Loved the place, good vibes definitely a place to host at. It's very spacious and I loved that there were already ring lights there for photos!

house is cute and fun, but when we arrived it was pretty dirty still with hair in the shower and confetti all over the floor from the previous guest before us, it wasn’t that big of a deal to me so i just cleaned it anyway and went about my visit, on the day of checkout i let the owner know about the lack of cleaning the crew did so that it wouldn’t be a future problem. all she responded was with “i’m sorry you didn’t have a good stay, we aren’t making much from the property”, she also added “thank you for lecturing me but im not sure what else to say” when all i was trying to do was give some feedback. i wasn’t even upset, would not rent from this person as she does not even care that the property she rents out is not being properly cleaned by the cleaners. who knows what else she doesn’t care about. was very unprofessional and rude about my criticism.

This is my 1st one star review. Everyone else loves the place. You seemed to enjoy your stay so im surprised for the 1star review. You even had a party, we didnt evict or bother you. Im glad you enjoyed the stay but sad you left a 1 star review.

The Montrose area is like my favorite area in Houston. It has like all of the party scenes this is a very busy area for nightlife, which fits my lifestyle quite well..

What makes this property unique

Gosh, there’s so many you need about this space. The building itself is over 100 years old. There’s a lot of character and there’s a lot of design aspect that has went into creating the space into a fun space to sleep in and visit and travel and even invite friends over..
I love to see that like my friends are literally like oh my God, I never thought something like this would be here. It is amazing.
