We stayed over Mother’s Day weekend to see our daughter at Tech. We brought our boat and the boys fished on Saturday morning and caught two huge bass- one 3.7 pounds. We enjoyed sitting on the deck Friday evening watching the water and other boaters pass by while we grilled and just got to enjoy time as a family. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely location with lots of room and gorgeous views! Plenty of cookware with tons of kitchen storage.5 beds2 bathsOnly one suggestion is to make/create a closet for master bedroom.

This was the best. Getting to it was a little baffling, but once we got there, oh wow, beautiful scenery, quiet, just lovely. We stayed here and had our son and daughter n luv wedding reception. When I tell you we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Almost everyone that attended the reception wants to rent this place out. Its a hidden gem. The host is so very friendly, she's very easy to talk with and she responds as quickly as she receives your text, are email. All in all, we Loved it, and we are planning on returning again in the near future, just to relax and hang out with family.

Dominique, I’m so happy your family loved round rock as much as we do. We love how private it feels even though it’s just five minutes from the gas station in the local charter school. It does feel like your own private little spot once you get back there surrounded by the water. Please come back and see us sometime.

This is a lovely home with fantastic views of Lake D’Arbonne. The living & dining area is comfortable (dining table seats six comfortably, plus 6 counter seats), and the kitchen is well-stocked. The decor is stylish, and uncluttered. The bathrooms are very nice, and the walk-in shower was easy for my elderly father to navigate. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed the wide deck areas outside, and ample parking.

Work Trip

My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to launch our kayaks right from the yard. The edge of the property was paved along the lake and was a nice fishing spot. We caught catfish and bass from the shore. We would stay at this house again next time we are in town.
