The thing we loved most about this particular home was the expansive deck overlooking the city, bridges and river. We are outdoor people and spent most of our time walking to local attractions in the Mount Adams area. The weather was picture perfect for exploring Eden Park and the river walk. The return from Great American Ballpark was daunting with 286 steps to climb so we only did that once! The Cincinnati Art Museum was an easy 10 minute walk and it was nice to have a coffee shop around the corner! The property was clean and spacious enough for the six of us, plenty of beds for a couple of family members to join us a few nights. We did miss having a toaster but Jonnah had one delivered as soon as we enquired!

We really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. The house itself has a cool setup and awesome vibe to it. Plus, it's in a pretty nice area with a great view. We had a total of 12 adults, only half of which were couples, and there was enough room for everyone (with an air mattress in the dining room). The location is also pretty convenient for events along the river. For example, we were in town for Oktoberfest at Sawyer Point Park and it took less than 15 minutes to walk there. Be warned, however, that with this house being in the Mt. Adams area, you have a steep incline and a lot of stairs on the walk back. If you're in shape, it's not really a big group, but some people in my group struggled.Free street parking was generally available and the house itself has 3 driveway spots, which were really convenient. The host was responsive when I had questions. Part of the patio was roped off, which was disappointing because we really liked to hang out outside, but we still could use the upper patio (which has a better view anyway).I appreciate that the house had both trash & recycling because I encounter far too many rentals that don't recycle. One piece of constructive feedback is the trash can in the kitchen needs to be much bigger for a house that can hold so many people. Overall, the place was a hit with the rest of my family and we enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend it.
