Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed with a focus on comfort and style, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for family gatherings or relaxing getaways. Amenity rich resort community featuring access to both lakes, 3 heated seasonal pools, four beaches, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, game room, library and all activities offered in the Lodge.

The home is equipped with 3 WiFi-connected Smart TVs, blazing fast 250+ Mgbs WiFi, and a game room featuring a pool table and a classic arcade machine. We provide a drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, an outdoor grill, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax.

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.



ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY FEES:

Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for guests age 6 and up. These fees are collected by owner and paid to the HOA. **NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY**



**In Season = Memorial Day to Labor Day**

• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (In-Season): $8.50 per person per day

• Overnight Guests and Day Guests (Off-Season): $2.00 per person per day

• Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

• Transaction/Processing Fee: $20



Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Late registrations (less than 3 days before arrival) are subject to a $100 late fee.

Upon arrival all guests are required to complete a registration form for security and emergency purposes as our property is situated in a private gated community. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party, as well as vehicle and driver information, including the license ID number of the main registrant and the plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving.



HOUSE RULES

Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially outdoors. We want to maintain a serene environment for all guests and respect our neighbors.

Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for non-family groups.

Maximum of 10 guests.

Parking limited to 4 cars; no RVs or trailers.

Rental agreements required for stay.

Gated community will only allow entry with PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies.

No pets allowed



We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)
