The house also boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials: dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, an electric stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, and there is always hot water available, which is of very high quality and safe to drink without boiling.
For relaxation, guests can enjoy a sauna or hot tub, and afterward, cool off in the pond near the guest house. If you’re interested in sports, there are sports fields next to the guest house - basketball (with one hoop), football (smaller than a standard field), and volleyball. All these amenities are exclusively for your group, ensuring that you won’t be disturbed by other guests. The property is fenced, and the owners live nearby in another house and are available if needed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning their rooms during their stay. Bed linen is changed by the hosts every 3 days, and towels are changed every day.
No additional guests are permitted in the house, regardless of whether they stay overnight. The hot tub costs an additional 130 EUR; book in advance.
