Welcome to The Lofts in Downtown Clarksville! This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the second floor for easy access to the main public walkway. Enjoy a private stroll to Shelby Trio and sightsee on their rooftop bar or visit a show at F&M Bank Arena. We can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 4 guests!

The Lofts of Downtown, Hosted by Byers & Harvey. Our stylish condos are perfect for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Enjoy our spacious living area, full kitchen, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, we have everything you'll need for a memorable experience!

• Bike Rental (+$30/each)

GUEST ACCESS:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

This was the perfect location for our visit to APSU. It is very conveniently located near campus. The apartment is well furnished and super cute as well! I highly recommend booking this place for your next stay in Clarksville!
