Enjoy peace and quiet in this freshly remodeled 3 bedroom home. Located “out in the country” yet just 20 minutes from Clarksville, the University of the Ozarks and Walmart, it offers the best of both worlds. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to adventure – within 20 minutes, you’ll find the Ozark National Forest, Lake Ludwig (with swimming, boating, and top-notch mountain biking on the Red Lick trails), Piney Bay, Little Piney Creek, and Long Pool Recreation Area. For even more to explore, Mount Nebo and Lake Dardanelle State Parks are under an hour away; Mount Magazine State Park is just 75 minutes down the road.
The home has three bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms and two living rooms, plus the kitchen. There is an enclosed back porch, also plenty of outside space.
