We are 1996 grads of Texas Tech with a love for the laid back vibe of Lubbock. Despite living in Dallas for the last 30 years, a little piece of us is always in Lubbock and purchasing this home gives us a reason to go back as many times as possible.
I was raised in Odessa and truly miss West Texas every day. As a result, you will see hints of that nostalgia in the home decor. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

When we were in school, South Overton is where we all had friends and partied. It is walking distance from Jones Stadium and the best bars on Broadway. When this house became available, it was a no brainer! You will be able to park in the driveway and never get back in it until it’s time to leave!
The home itself is a 1929 cottage with original floors and vibes. We’ve updated a few things for comfort and completely renovated the backyard. It’s a great place to enjoy cool West Texas evenings and amazing sunsets.

What makes this property unique

We have worked hard to update the house comforts while keeping the nostalgia of the 1929 cottage. We provide top-of-the-line bed linens with amazing mattresses, smart TVs in every room, a workspace, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The backyard was completely renovated in 2025 to provide an opportunity to host pre- and post-game gatherings, including two firepits, a deck with ample outdoor eating space, and a covered pergola perfect for those cool football season evenings.
