The Frio River and a Cozy 2-bedroom cabin - Original Cabin #2

Original Cabin #2 sits by century old pecan trees that provide a shady area to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, play volleyball, pitch horseshoes or just relax and observe wildlife. The tapered riverbank makes this location great for young kids. There are shallow river areas, perfect for smaller children, and deep swimming holes for fishing and swimming. Set your camp chair seat-deep in the Frio while enjoying your favorite beverage and hanging out with your crew or grab your tube and float down to our River Terrace property (about 45 min float from this location) and hang out in the deep swimming hole. Take a walk on our primitive nature trails where abundant wildlife can be seen. There are 6 cabins at this location, all perfectly spaced apart, so that each cabin has its own private outdoor area and are just a 3-4 minute walk to the waterfront.

Each cabin has a private outdoor area with:
-picnic table
-charcoal BBQ pit
-campfire ring
-front porch
-outdoor string lights

The property has a community area nestled in a pecan grove with:
-volleyball net
-horseshoe pits
-additional picnic tables

Pricing is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per guest per night up to 8 guests.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!
Pet fee is $20 per pet, per night for ONE PET. VRBO only has the option to charge for one pet, additional pet fees will be requested after booking if you are bringing multiple pets. (please indicate multiple pets vis messaging) Large pets may require a damage deposit. Please contact me for any additional questions about the pets.

PLEASE BRING ALL OF YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS::
That includes: Pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, bath mat, kitchen towels. Linens can be provided for an extra fee except in Peak Season. (due to labor shortages in our area) Please contact me for more info concerning the linens.
We have septic systems so only TOILET PAPER can be flushed.
