This brand-new retro Holiday House RV boasts 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. The roomy dining area gives off a 1950’s diner vibe but includes modern amenities and utensils you need to make simple meals in the kitchen or outside on the grill. Surrounded by nature, you can relax in the sauna or around the campfire. Paddle or float on the pond using one of the kayaks or the rowboat. Hike in our woods, on the Finger Lakes Trail or at one of the state parks. Relax around the campfire or take a nap in the hammock. With amenities like AC and a hair dryer, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. We are approximately 10-15 minutes to Buttermilk State Park, Firelight Camps, South Hill Cider and Ithaca. The host is on premise to welcome you or troubleshoot. You have your own private space. The pond and sauna areas are shared.

There are miles of unspoiled woods behind the cabin. The owls and herons are our close neighbors. The pond is great fun to watch in all seasons and all weather.

What makes this property unique

If the weather is favorable- our wood-fired sauna built by Joe is as authentic as it gets without traveling to Finland.
We provide small amenities to make your stay easy- items most places do not at the price. Our Holiday House is sturdy and immaculate. It is in a quiet location, despite sharing a yard with us. The loudest neighbors are the birds.
