Be sure to sign out of all streaming devices.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. Crate them if you leave them.
Clean up after pets in the yard and dispose of it. If there is dog waste left in the yard and/or holes dug we will need to assess at a min $50 fine.

The property was extremely clean with ample parking. There is a bakery and a coffee shop within walking distance and it was super convenient to Ocean Isle and Sunset Beaches.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Neighborhood was very quiet. The serene front porch Hosted daily naps, it was that peaceful. The fenced backyard was just as relaxing, our mini Dashaunds loved going on their sniffing adventures back there. Location was perfect for visiting Ocean Isle or Sunset beach. Our Host was very responsive (immediate responses) to just a couple of questions we had while getting settled. Out of all our years of renting VRBO or ARBB, this one was most definitely our favorite.

We were in town for my nieces wedding and decided to make a week of it. We have stayed here before so we already knew the house was perfect for our needs. The fenced yard is a good spot to let the fur babies play and exercise. The house is close enough to everything but also secluded at the same time. Definitely staying here again come warmer weather!

Was it nice? Yes. Was it perfect? Close. I made a couple of suggestions to the owner that would make it even better. Hopefully, they will take them into consideration for future guests and visits. Speaking of future guests, a couple of details you may want to know. The back yard is fully privacy fenced but no door opens directly to it. You have to go out, and go through one of the gates. One gate is half the height of the other so, I would caution taking a dog that can jump higher than 4 feet or so. The back yard was nice, with a big tree, gas grill, fire pit and several seating options. The front porch was nice although didn't have much of a view. The location was convenient to everything. The Brew House, basically next door, was a nice place for coffee and bagels in the morning.

Our stay was perfect for us, near golfing, food and entertainment. Our dogs loved the open backyard space. We played golf at Bricklanding and Sandpiper and partied at Patios and Coastal Winery. Too many great restaurants to name!Our rental was fantastic and our hostess was available whenever we had questions.
