The space feels open with not only views of the lake but also offers direct, private lake frontage and is accessible to rentable boats. The outdoor patio extends the living space with lake breeze. Gas Grill.
Sorry no tying boats to the dock, there are boat ramps nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING REQUIRES GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED 21+
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules / Manual.
This was an original 1940's cabin. Years ago there were four of them and the neighbors have shared fond memories of generations staying in these charming cabins. They were purchased in 2021 and slowly improved so they can once again accommodate visitors and those seeking simple getaway from the buzz of everyday life.
Please sign the agreement and do a security deposit hold in the Happy Guest portal.

Darling little cabin

The cabin was so clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. The fire at the fire pit was so lovely in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun in this adorable space! You can tell that it is newly renovated. Right across the street from two docks for swimming with kayaks and standup paddle boards on site. Very close to downtown Boyne city. Boat rentals on site and if they are booked, there are Moore boat rentals extremely close. We look forward to staying again.

Simple lakefront living at your fingertips. With rentable boats directly in front. The configuration of the property is appearing for gathering of friends and family that want to share a vacation, but not a roof. Each cabin sleeps 4, but the whole property (including the three bedroom house above) sleeps 18. Each has its own privacy but there's also plenty of space to gather.
