While completing my degree in Hospitality Management — and later an Executive MBA in Tourism Management — I began my hospitality career in 2008 as a 23-year-old intern. I gradually progressed, taking on roles such as Assistant Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager in three highly profitable international chain hotels in Lisbon.
Over the years, I was actively involved in the opening of four hotels with over 100 rooms, contributing in multiple areas: website content creation and management, team recruitment and training, supplier and client contracting, pre-opening sales, guest relations, brand standards implementation, event planning, and representing the hotels at trade fairs and industry events.
After a dynamic and enriching decade in hotel operations, I stepped away from the traditional hospitality world in 2017 to pursue new challenges. That’s when I launched my current project: 12 fully furnished and equipped serviced apartments in Lisbon, designed for medium- to long-term stays. This project has been my full-time passion and commitment for the past two years.
