This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom retreat spans over 3,700 square feet across three levels and was recently featured in Architectural Digest for its refined interiors and custom furnishings. At the center of the home is a light-filled great room with soaring ceilings, which flows into a cozy den, a formal living room with fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a spacious center island. The adjacent dining room features generous seating and a marble wet bar with sink, ideal for hosting.
The main-level primary suite includes a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, there is one ensuite guest bedroom along with two additional guest rooms that share a full bathroom. The finished lower level offers a private movie theater, game room with a ping pong table, home gym, sauna, full bathroom, and a fifth bedroom. A lounge with sleeper sofa adds flexible space for guests or a home office setup.
Outdoors, enjoy the heated saltwater gunite pool with automatic cover, pool bath with kitchenette, and a spacious patio and lawn for lounging or dining under the sun. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
Our partner offers private boat charters for sunset cruises and weekend getaways for an additional fee. Costs will be paid directly to them.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
