Welcome to Wilmington and have the local experience!

The Sandy Token is centralized to fulfill all your needs! This cozy, private 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex is less than 15 minutes from several beautiful Carolina beaches (7.6 miles), downtown Wilmington (8.5 miles) and UNCW (7.7 miles.) Limitless restaurant’s, grocery stores, the zoo and unique shops are all seconds away on the bustling Carolina Beach Road! The master bedroom has one queen massage bed with closet space and large TV. The second bedroom has two single beds with closet space! The bathroom offers a shower and jacuzzi tub, with all your needed basics, towels, soap, shampoo. At your home away from home there is a large front yard specifically for guests with a bbq, picnic table and ash tray (please only smoke outside.) However, please do not access the backyard or entire fenced in portion of the property it is off limits to guests. Welcome to Wilmington we look forward to your visit, may you make memories that last a life time!

The place was very nice, just as it was listed. The bathroom was our favorite part with the jacuzzi tub & TV in there. We really enjoyed the place! We had everything we needed & loved the outdoor sitting area.

Sarah was a great host, The home was very clean and nice. A very cozy home to stay in and everything was very accurate to the photos. The environment was safe for my puppy as well, no high beds or couches, no cords out either. Sarah responded fast to any questions we had for her and she was very friendly. Definitely will book again for our next stay!!
