We also have beach gear, towels, umbrellas, cooler bags, beach chairs, & boogie boards. There is a separate LG Tower laundry in the garage and gas BBQ on the lanai. A car is needed as we are 3.6 miles up the mountain from the ocean. The apartment has space to practice yoga or morning calisthenics indoor or out. The office is conveniently set up for those studying or working. Wifi is strong, both TVs are smart and the space is quiet except for the occasional neighborhood sounds and the coqui frogs chirping at night.

Guest access When you arrive to the house, please park in the asphalt parking area to the right of the driveway. That will be your permanent parking spot as long as you are our guest. Once parked simply walk around the right hand side of the home to the rear. You will see a lanai that will lead into your rental apartment. I will have the lights on and the door open to greet you. Please let me know if you would like the A/C on before your arrival. Otherwise I will have the fans and lights on only.
