We loved staying here during my son's Copperstown tournament week! It was super close to Dreams Park but so very peaceful. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

If you return have Vrbo contact me prior to booking. I was happy to have you both, much so.
The home was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, conveniently located less than 10 mins from Cooperstown Dreams Park which was the reason for our stay. I would definitely stay here again! George was great!
We stayed here for the week of Cooperstown baseball for my son. There was plenty of room for our family & it was about 6 minutes to the field so it was nice for those games that start at 9AM and then at 7PM. Would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves back in Cooperstown.
The property was exactly as described and the owner, George, was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks George fir an enjoyable experience.

Hi Bob, My pleasure, I’ll put the belongings left in the mail today or tomorrow. Best to you and your family, George
Check in was easy, just slid in on day one, keys were on table. House was clean and updated with all amenities for us. All we did was buy groceries locally. We enjoyed our time and was very close to dreams park.
Overall a nice place for the weekend. We did not have time to utilize the fire pit, deck, or kitchen but was all available to us. Plenty of space to spread out.
The house was clean and perfect for my family during our stay while boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very close to the park. So glad we rented this house and not a hotel.

Hi John and Maggie, Happy to have had you both and hoping you return. Planning a wood fired hot tub for two on the rise behind the house - tub under the stars.
Thank you both,
George
The home and surrounding property was secluded, peaceful, and overall perfection. We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Cooperstown to watch our son play baseball. The host, George, was always available and full of helpful information. If I’m ever back in this area, I will book this same home again! Highly recommend!!

Dear Gabby, Many thanks for your review and the opportunity host you and your family. I hope to see all again.
House was great and spot on as listed. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and for us to hang out during baseball rain delays at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Had all the amenities we needed. Close to park, downtown, and Fly Creek Farm. George the host was great and easy to get in touch with. Would stay here again!
We had a lovely stay here to visit Cooperstown and see some friends playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The home was clean, well stocked, and peaceful. It was close enough to everything so you didn't feel like all that you were doing was driving, but remote enough that it was relaxing and felt like you were on vacation. Morning coffee on the porch was my favorite part of our stay. Our kids enjoyed the extra hang out space down the spiral staircase.
We enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty of room to run around in the yard. We had a campfire with marshmallows.
We loved sitting out on the deck every morning enjoying our coffee and listening to the wild life and trees blowing.
We will be back in two years for our younger boys. We hope to stay there again as it is only 7 minutes from Dreams park.

My in-laws, teenage daughter and her friend and I all travelled to Cooperstown to watch my son and husband participate in a baseball tournament. The house worked perfect for us. We loved how close to the ballpark it was. My only feedback would be that the restroom on the main floor could use a blind. My in-laws felt like they needed to wait until everyone was in bed to take a shower or use the restroom, especially if we were using the front door.
