Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The black trash bins is for normal trash and the blue bins are for recycling.
Please places used towels and robes in shower or tub.
The front door is operated off of a key entry code, but there is a back up key that can be used in emergencies.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hypoallergenic/Service dogs only Clean all pet waste/hair from house/yard. Excessive cleaning will incur $200 fee. Guests are liable for all damage.

This property was an absolute treasure. Nicely located and easy to get to many places to dine and for entertainment. The decor is amazing and I instantly felt like I was as in a home and not some generic cookie cutter vacation rental. Amble space and lovely outdoor patio in the backyard. The beds were so comfortable. I could go on and on. Definitely a must stay again in my book.

The house was clean and everything was as described in the listing. The hot tub in the back yard was a great after a day of golfing. Good location, close to the Hard Rock and the airport.
