Communication from host was excellent from time of booking through easy check in process. Used parking and that was easy to navigate as well. Location is excellent to access many different things. Lobby is cool to hang out in. Rental was very clean and had everything you would need. Very nice host throughout entire process.

This apartment was perfect for our Chicago Marathon weekend. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the expo at McCormick. We paid for & used parking in the lot across the street but were able to use meter parking right outside the building during arrival/departure times. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. Pizanos Italian restaurant is less than a 5 minute walk and is so good! Make a reservation if there for the marathon. The location is also right at mile 25!

You get what you pay for. This unit was a lot more affordable than other places in Chicago. So the bad and the good-It got very hot at night and the thermostat seemed to have a program set so we weren’t able to cool it down. No flat sheets provided so you have either a heavy comforter or nothing. Smallest bath towels I’ve ever seen. Pretty far away from things. Not really able to walk to the museum campus. Can walk to Chinatown or to Divvy scooters/bikes (the scooters are very expensive here compared to other cities).Spacious kitchen and living combo. Nice terrace and nice fitness room. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided were a nice small touch. Building is secure and area seems safe. Bring your own hairdryer, the ones provided are just about dead. Outlets in both bathrooms do not work. Wash dryer is not in unit like the listing says. No sheet pans for oven use. Area-related and not unit-specific: Do not eat at Brulee regardless of the reviews. It was over 200 for four to eat lunch (basic stuff like a salad, a burger, etc.) and the service was subpar. South Loop Market is great. It’s expensive, so don’t get all your groceries there, but is super convenient for a few items or things you forgot. Nice store.
