Great little getaway for a small group or a family . Only steps from beautiful Hampton Beach. Collin is exceptional with responding to questions and is very easy to get a hold of. Cute little place with great views of the marsh in the back and lots of nice comfy furniture. I would definitely rent again!

This property exceeded our expectations. The host was very communicative and answered our questions promptly. The rental was very clean and nice towels were provided. The beds were all made and there was even soap, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Coffee and creamer was stocked which was an amazing bonus. The location was perfect and we look forward to renting the property again!

This house is very nice. The host was very communicative and helpful. The house was very clean. There were beach toys for children and extra bedding for the pull out couch. The location was amazing. The beach was very close and so was the strip. Overall it was an amazing stay!

This a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was clean and comfortable. The view of the sunrise and sunset is slightly obscured by other properties. There are several maintenance issues that should be addressed. But we had a wonderful time and loved the place.

The host was very responsive. Place was clean and had lots of paper goods, spices, coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the beach and very quiet. Note: The two bedrooms are on different floors. I did see lots of baby and beach equipment.

Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun!
