We’ve poured so much heart into creating this space, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.
Surrounded by trees, deers, foxes, and birdsongs, our place is truly a little slice of peace and joy. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, relaxing in the hot tub, or watching the fire crackle — this is a space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the moment.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of nature,
this little A-frame is a great place for one—offering solitude and a safe space to recharge—or for spending quality time with family or friends.
The open living space, cozy corners, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit make it easy to connect, laugh, cook together, and share meaningful moments without the usual distractions.
DeerFox cottage is located just minutes from beautiful lakes and great fishing spots, plus scenic trails - ideal for morning hikes, afternoon paddles, or peaceful walks immersed in nature. And if you're in the mood for a day on the green, incredible golf courses are just a short drive away. ATV enthusiasts will love the direct access to trails right outside the door—no need to load up or drive anywhere to start your adventure.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cover the hot tub, turn off jets, lower temperature to 97
Report any lost or damaged item
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children should be supervised by adults. Child gates for stairs or high chair need to be requested minimum 3 days before arrival (no extra fee)
Deers, foxes, turkeys etc often seen on our lot. Guests are asked to supervise their dogs when outside to not get them into any trouble.
Please note: The cottage stairs are very steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The perfect getaway - every little detail is well thought out, making a very welcoming space. Kathy went above and beyond providing favorite spots to explore, restaurants, even sent info on last minute pop up events/food trucks, etc. The hot tub was the perfect spot to decompress and listen to the sounds of nature. The cottage was immaculately clean and cozy.

My entire family loved the house. First impression was adorable and welcoming. I have kids that range 11-17 and they all enjoyed inside and out. The hot tub was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the fire pit and bags every day. The quiet space inside and out was perfect! You have made a great space and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!
