This condo absolutely made our Las Vegas trip next level. From the second we walked in, it felt like a private luxury escape right in the middle of all the action. The place was spotless, modern, and had that upscale Vegas feel without the chaos of a hotel. The views were unrealespecially at night with the city lights. It honestly felt like having our own VIP suite. The condo had everything we needed and more, and you can tell a lot of thought went into making the stay seamless and high end.

Great apartment. Very comfortable. Very quiet, despite being next to the casino. I always felt safe. Had all the amenities I needed. Being on the 28th floor, almost completely surrounded with windows and a wraparound balcony, had great views of the city, the strip, and the mountains. Loved it. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed alot of places, and this by far exceeded all of them and my expectations. I had a small issue at check in and within 10 min my host had the issue resolved and we were in our room. The room is completely remolded and beautiful. The view is breathtaking. I would recommend and stay here 1000 times. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I’ve been a superhost for 3 years. Owning properties in Florida and now Las Vegas. We fell in love with all Vegas has to offer and took a gamble to purchase this condo as our second home. We live in Florida and when we aren’t using it, want to share this beautiful place with guests like you!
We stayed in numerous condos and hotels and found this to be the perfect getaway spot with views you won’t find on the strip.

Why they chose this property

This condo offers the proximity to all things Vegas without being in the hustle and congestion on the strip. You have access to all of the restaurants, spa, pools, bars, movie theater and venue space of the Palms Casino, all just an elevator rider down! But, if you chose to venture out, the strip is a short 5-10 min ride away and downtown is close by. If you’d rather take in the views and head towards Summerlin or Red Rock Canyon, you are a few miles away!
This location is super convenient to all things Vegas, but can we just say the views from the wraparound balcony, give you a birds, eye view of the strip, valley, and mountains!

What makes this property unique

The wraparound balcony is the feature that sold us the most, and what you’ll find the most unique. With views of the strip, valley, and mountains. You will enjoy the hustle and bright lights. Vegas has to offer, but you will also enjoy the peace and serenity you will get when you stay at our place.
