Guest access
In order to access the complex or property we need to send us 1 day before booking the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the plaque of their vehicles, otherwise access to the project can be difficult since the staff of this project only work time and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

- The person booking the apartment must be the one who pays.
- This person is responsible for the property, must be present at check-in and during the stay, unless there is a special written agreement between us. Identity check will be performed.
- Visitors are allowed in the building and the apartment only with the consent of the owner.
- Electricity consumption included: up to 30 kWh/day.
Please keep the AC at 24°C (75°F) or higher and turn off the lights and AC upon exiting.
- Excessive consumption can be reviewed and billed. Thank you for helping us take care of the environment!
- Weekly cleaning may be required by our cleaning staff for stays longer than a week.
- Due to allergies, no animals.
- This apartment is located in a closed and monitored development, so identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.
- We inform you that electricity in Punta Cana is one of the most expensive in all of America (US$0.35). For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$10 per night that will be requested by the Resolutions Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.
If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.
