*Please keep in mind this is a "private guest bedroom" near the back of the house. We the hosts live on the same floor but you will have your own private space. The room has its own entrance, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. It’s a comfortable, quiet space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
**There are security cameras facing the front/back entryway and backyard with real-time recording for the safety and security of our guests.

To access the private room, you will need to walk down the sidewalk to the left of the house and enter from the backyard sliding door. Once inside you will walk up the stairs to access the unit. Detailed check-in info will be given 24 hours prior to check-in. You will be given a code to self-check in. Please respect check-in 4pm and check-out out 10am.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home during your stay. While we're available to answer any questions or concerns you may have, we'll leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quite.
House Rules:
★ We are delighted to have you here and we hope you have a wonderful stay.
★ We ask all adult guests to provide government-issued IDs upon check-in per Airbnb rules.
★ Absolute NO parties are allowed.
★ No smoking or pets inside the house, violator will be fined an additional $200 for the cleaning fee. Please take off shoes when entering the unit.
★ Only registered Airbnb guests can be allowed into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allowed to stay.
★ Please note that we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet service disruptions, variations in internet speed, difficulties in finding street parking, or incidents occurring outside of the apartment.
★ Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Our 1st floor unit is also used for Airbnb, please be mindful of noise.
★ Please note that our Airbnb is located next to an elementary school. During the lunch hours, typically around 11:30 am to 1 pm, you may experience some noise as the children come out to play. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when considering our space (school is closed during summer break from June to Sept).
