Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please take it outside and clean up after yourself. 🚬❌

🛏️ BEDS & COMFORT:
Both bedrooms feature queen-size hybrid mattresses—part memory foam, part traditional support. Most guests find them comfy and just right, but if you’re super picky about firmness, it’s worth noting. 😴

🧺 LAUNDRY:
No laundromat runs needed—we’ve got a washer and dryer right in the house for your convenience.

🎥 SECURITY CAMERAS:
A motion-activated video doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. This is the only camera on site and faces the exterior. There are no interior cameras, so your stay remains private.

❄️ STAY COOL:
We’ve got two portable A/C units to help you chill during the warmer months. Summer in Joseph can get toasty—but you’ll stay comfy inside. 😎🌞
