Guests have full access to the apartment. Please note that the deck has a maximum occupancy of five people at a time for safety. If you need special sleeping arrangements, kindly let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

✦ A surveillance camera is located at the stairwell entry leading to the apartment.
✦ Decibel monitoring devices are placed in the living room, dining area, and patio.
✦ The handrail leading up to the bedrooms/kitchen/dining area is wall-mounted (please see photos).
✦ Due to the staircase layout, we do not recommend this listing for young children or elderly guests.
